Returns / Refunds
We’re committed to providing the best quality products, designed and manufactured by us here in Yorkshire. We hope you’ll enjoy using your purchase(s) from Domes Direct, but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be occasions when you need to exchange or return something you’ve bought from us.
So, please make sure that you check your items carefully before they are used, built or installed. We also recommend that you keep your receipt (or email payment confirmation) as proof of purchase, in the event of any after-sales queries.
WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND WITHIN 30 DAYS?
Most things we sell are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee, so just return them to us unused, in their original undamaged packaging with the printed protective film in place, in a saleable condition, with your receipt and upon receipt and internal checks, we’ll give you a refund.
If you’d like to return something, including an item which we’ve already delivered, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and unless otherwise stated, we’ll collect it for a chargeable collection fee of a minimum of £132.00 including tax. The item must be in its original packaging (including pallet) and ready for kerbside collection at the time/date we advise. Our 30-day money-back guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
WHAT IF THERE’S A MANUFACTURING FAULT WITH THE PRODUCT?
We want you to be delighted with your Domes Direct product(s). Please contact us immediately if you find a manufacturing fault with your Debut Dome. As part of our two year warranty against manufacturing defects, we will try to find a suitable solution to ensure this is resolved as quickly as possible.
If you’ve had the product for up to two years from the date of purchase, we’ll repair the product or, if that’s not possible, give you a replacement or, if that’s not possible, a refund. Please contact us if you are experiencing problems with your Debut Dome or any of the accessories purchased from us.
DISTANCE SELLING REGULATION
To cancel your order, you must email us at email@example.com and quote your order number. You can cancel any time within seven days of placing your order. You must take reasonable care of the item(s). Please make it clear when you are contacting us that you are cancelling under the Distance Selling Regulations so we can arrange to refund any delivery charge previously paid by you, as well as the purchase price.
